Loft was founded in 2005 by Trish Renna Zado and Kevin Ormsby, both veteran engagement specialists with extensive experience working alongside leadership teams at Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Over the years, Loft has produced hundreds of corporate culture and communications projects for some of the world’s top industry leaders. From international tradeshows and conferences to year-long communication campaigns and annual internal engagement audits, our boutique agency has built a big reputation for elevating expectations with every project.

Trish Renna Zado
Trish is a creative and strategic powerhouse who is equally at home advising C-suite business leaders as she is directing production teams. Trish brings over 25 years in marketing and communication management roles and has built a reputation for always delivering fresh energy and insights to Loft’s clients.
She has led multi-discipline engagement projects across North America for a wide range of industry leaders, including Novo Nordisk, RSA, Bayer, IBM, Scotiabank, VISA International, General Mills, ipsy and GlaxoSmithKline, plus established long-standing partnerships with Loft’s numerous partners, suppliers and venues.
Kevin Ormsby
Kevin’s steady leadership and astute attention to detail ensures that Loft always delivers on its commitment to elevate engagement ROI. With more than 25 years of marketing and communications leadership experience, Kevin is sought-after for his strategic guidance and efficient management style.
During his career, Kevin has managed complex programs for leading national and international organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Bell Canada, IBM, Cadbury Adams, KPMG, Nestlé Purina and Toyota. For many years, Kevin was also a key contributor to Fashion Cares, a gala fundraising event that has raised millions in support of the Aids Committee of Toronto, and most recently was co-chair of the Board of Directors of the Community One Foundation.
